A Family and Their Bees
The Bedard family has been keeping bees in Ontario for generations. What started as a few hives in the backyard has grown into a small but devoted operation — one that still runs on the same values it always has: respect for the bees, care for the land, and a belief that good honey speaks for itself.
We don't rush the process. We let the bees do what bees do, and we harvest only when the time is right. Every jar carries a little bit of the season it came from.
